| 13 December | With the specialty for group 5 in Italy Olympia went 3th puppy in
show. Judge for the AA and the puppygroup was Dave Kililea from England.

| 5/6/7/8 December | At the international show in Verona ( Italy). Olympia ( Mara-shimas One World
One Dream) did very well and ended up 4th PBIS. We are very proud on
Elisa and Emanuele..:-))

| 28th November | Today was the Winnershow in Amsterdam. Judge was Mr. Wieldraaier
from The Netherlands and with an entry of 18 AA's. We only had entered
Rio for this show and he took the reserve CACIB. Our Shiba "Katai"
( Mara-shimas Ichi Kana Yuushi) took the title of Junior Winner and
finished his Junior Dutch Championship.

| 20/21/22th November | We left for the Nordic clubshow + 2 day internationale show in Zagreb( Croatian). On fridayevening judge was Mrs. Mach from Switserland and our Rio got the CAC and reserve male. Binti took best female with CAC. It was for the Nordic club their first clubshow and they did a fantastic job and great people! On saturday was the international show and judge was Mr. Jipping (NL). Our Rio took reserve CAC + CACIB and Binti took CAC + CACIB. On sunday judge was Mrs. Heine from Germany and Rio took reserve CAC + CACIB and Binti took CAC + reserve CACIB. Our Shiba girl "Nami" ( Mara-shimas Stand Up And Shout) took 3 days BOB and finished her Croatian championship. |
| 8th November | International dogshow held in Bleiswijk (NL). Judge for the AA
was Mr. Verschoor (NL) and he gave Lana reserve CAC + CACIB, Binti took
best female with CAC + CACIB and our Rio took CAC + CACIB + BOB and BEST
IN GROUP. With the best in show judging Rio went 6TH BEST IN SHOW...we
are extremly happy with this result .

| 9th October | At the specialty held after worldshow Olympia went best baby.
Olympia ( out of Rio x Lana) = Mara-shimas One World One Dream , owned
by Elisa Masutti from Italy.

| 8th October | The Worlddogshow was held in Bratislava and with an enourmous entry of 149 AA's. The judge for the pups + juniordogs was Mrs. C. Molinari from Portugal and rest of the AA's was judge by Mr. A. Thovar Del Solar from Spain. Our Rio did very well and took 3th excellent in open class, our Lana got excellent in open class and our Binti took 3th excellent in juniorclass. Our young Shiba male "Katai" took the title of junior worldwinner 2009 under the japanese judge Mr. I. Awashima. It was a good day and fun to meet the breeders from other countries. |
| 4th October | International show in Zwolle (NL) , judge was Mr. Jorgenson from Danmark and our Lana got vg , but our Binti made it up and took the CAC + BEST OF BREED. Our Shiba male "Katai"took from juniorclass the CAC and best of breed. |
| 27th September | International show in Maastricht (NL). Judge
was Mrs. A. Gielissen from The Netherlands with an entry of 19 AA's.
Fred took reserve CAC + CACIB and Binti took 1st in juniorclass and
finished her Dutch junior championship. Our Shiba "Haru" took BOB
and finished his international championship...

| 12/13 Sept. | I left on saturday with
Rio to the national show in Lievin ( France). Judge for AA was Mr. Klein
(F) and he gave Rio the CACS + BOB. With this points Rio has finished
his France championship and to become a French champion is not easy. So
you can imagine how proud we are on this titel. The group was judged by
Mrs. C. Mery (F) and she made Rio best in group. On sunday we needed to
return to France for the best in show and the judge was Mr. Barenne from
France. Rio went on to....BEST IN
SHOW.....What a great win for this
young and promising dog. I would like to thank the people around the
ring for their friendly and sportive support for Rio. |
| 12/13th Sept. | Jan left with Fred and Binti for the 2day show in Leipzig (Germany). On saturday was the nationalshow and judge was Mrs. Angelika Lammers with an entry of 22 AA's. Fred took 2th with reserve VDH point in intermediate class and Binto took best female with VDH + CAC point. On sunday was the international show and judge was Mrs. Nyberg from Norway. Fred took again 2th with reserve VDH point in intermediate class and Binti took first in intermediateclass with VDH point and reserve CACIB. |
| 6th September | From Luxembourg we went on to the internationale show in Macon - France. Judge was Mr. Dupas from France and our Rio took CACS + CACIB and Binti took the CACS + CACIB as well. Rio took BOB and made the cut in the group. |
| 5th September | International show in Luxembourg and judge was Ruth Wagner from Luxembourg. Our Rio took reserve male with CACL + CACIB and Binti took 3th excellent in intermediate class. |
| 29th August | International show in
Rotterdam (NL). Judge was Mr. Filipini from Argentina with an entry of
21 AA's. Our Fred took 1st in intermediateclass and reserve CACIB. Our
Binti took 1st in juniorclass and took her 2th juniorpoint and ended up
with the reserve CAC. |
| 21-22-23 August | This was a 3 day
international show in Wels ( Austria). We had Fred and Binti with us.
Fred took the 3 days the CACA + reserve CACIB. Binti took as well the 3
days CACA + reserve CACIB. It was a great show. |
| 15/16th August | Jan left with Fred to the international show in Bratislava. Fred took first day the CAC and second day the CAC + reserve CACIB. |
| 25th July | International show in Luik ( Belgium). Rio took reserve CAC + CACIB. |
| 18/19th July | We left with Fred and
Rio for the international show in Oberwart ( Austria) and next day for
Szombathely ( Hungaria). Our Fred took CACA and Rio took reserve CACA +
CACIB in Oberwart. Next day Fred took 1st excellent and Rio took CAC +
CACIB +BOB + 2BIG.
The Shiba Mara-shimas I'm Cool Without You, owned by Hannibal kennel in
Poland, took BIG 1 and BEST IN SHOW...Great win!! |
| 4th July | International show in Echt (NL). Fred took 2th excellent in juniorclass. |
| 27/28th June | In France was the national show in Chartres + the clubspecial. Our Rio took reserve CACS and with the clubspecial 3th excellent in intermediate class. |
| 13th June | Today was the prestige show in Parijs, the championnat de France. You need this CACS to become a French champion. We are happy to tell that our Rio took the CACS and reserve CACIB at this show. Judge was Mr. Christian Jouanchicot from France with an entry of 24 AA's! |
| 25th May | Today 4 pups are born from Lana & Rio. 1 male and 3 females. Mother and kids doing fine. |
| 22-23-24 May | Jan was 3 days on the
road with Rio. 22 and 23 May was the 2 day show in Oldenburg ( Germany)
and Rio took both days the VDH point in intermediate class. 24 May was
the German clubshow and Rio went best juniormale and finished his German
junior championship. |
| 16th/17th May | 2 day international show in St. Gallen ( Swiss). Jan left with Rio and Katai for this show. Judge on saturdag was Mrs. Delaqui from Swiss and she gave Rio the CAC + CACIB and BOB. In the group Rio got 2th BOG. Our Shiba Katai went 2th best baby in show. On sunday judge was Mrs. Deres and Rio took again the CAC + CACIB + BOB. |
| 9th May | National show in Alkmaar
(NL). Judge for the AA was Mr. J. Hiddes (NL). Fred took 1st in
juniorclass and reserve CAC. Our Binti took 2th-vg in juniorclass. |
| 9th/10th May | Jan left with Rio and Katai ( Shiba) to Bratislava (SL). Rio took first day the CAC + reserve CACIB and 2th day the CAC out of intermediate class and our Katai was shown in babyclass. |
| 2th May | Jan drove from Germany to France with Rio for the show in Amiens. Today Rio is 15 months old and entered in intermediate class. Judge was Mr. Barenne from France with an entry of 10 AA's. We are very happy that Rio took CAC + CACIB and BOB and 4BOG. |
| 1st May | Jan went with Rio to the VDH-Europasieger show in Dortmund (G). Judge for the AA was Mr. Guido Schafer from Germany with an entry of 27 AA's. Our Rio took 1st in juniorclass and got the title: Jugend Europasieger 2009. |
| 13th April | The Easternshow held in Leeuwarden (NL). Judge for AA was Mr. P. Roosenboom (B). Our Rio took 1st in juniorclass and with this show he finished his Dutch junior championship. Binto got 2th-exc in juniorclass and our Lana took CAC + CACIB. |
| 28th March | International show in
Berlin ( Germany). Judge for AA was Mrs. Szeliga-Szeremeta from Poland
with an entry of 19 AA's. Our Rio took 1st in juniorclass and became
best junior. Our Lana took CAC + CACIB and finished her International
championship. |
| 14th March | International show in
Leiden (NL). Judge for the AA was Mrs. Zwaardman and our Fred got 1st-vg
in juniorclass and Binti got 2th-exc in juniorclass.
Jan was with Lana in Offenburg (G) and she took reserve CAC + CACIB. |
| 4th March | We got the official hipresults from Fred and Rio today! Rio is HD-A ( OFA excellent) and Fred is as well HD-A ( OFA excellent). Both eyes and knees where certified clear already and now we are waiting for Lana to come in season...:-)) |
| 1st March | Today was the
International show in Groningen ( NL). Judge for the AA was Mr. E.
Verschoor ( NL). Our Rio took from juniorclass best male with CAC, our
Lana took reserve CAC + full CACIB. Our Binti was first time out in
juniorclass and took best female + BOB. On top of that she took a group
1....We are so proud on this young girl!! |
| 6th February | We did the healthtests with Fred and Rio, eyes both cerfed clear, patellas cerfed clear and their hips looks good as well, but this result will come later official ofcourse. |
| 4th January | We put a new album "playtime" on our gallery website ( www.american-akitas.eu ) |
